Refund policy
Returns
Food products sold on our website are non-returnable due to hygiene, safety, and consumable product regulations.
We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Products
A replacement may be approved in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Package tampered during transit
- Missing item in the order
Replacement requests are reviewed by our customer care team after evaluating the issue.
To request a replacement:
- Email us at customercare@toskiifoods.in
- Share your order number
- Attach clear photos/videos of the issue, product, and packaging
Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Requests raised after 7 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.
Approval of replacement is subject to verification by the Toskii customer care team.
Refunds
Refunds will only be processed in cases where:
- A replacement cannot be provided, or
- The order is cancelled before shipment
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Customers can cancel eligible orders by:
- Visiting the “My Orders” page on the website, or
- Clicking the “View Order” button in the order confirmation email to access the order details page
For cancellation assistance, customers may also contact us at customercare@toskiifoods.in.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
